Corrugating HydroForm Splicer; Weekend

Job Overview:
The Splicer will perform manual labor tasks in support of assigned area and is required to cross‑train across company departments based on business needs.

• Set up machine according to pre‑defined parameters
• Cut out non‑conforming sections of hose trim and prepare each hose end
• Weld two sections of hose together
• Perform visual quality inspection of welded area
• Perform required leak test
• Coil hose onto reel
• Meet production rates
• Handle other essential tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions
• Good basic math skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, squat, twist, and kneel
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
