ROLE DEFINITION

As a Mixing Technician you will be responsible and accountable for the safe and efficient mixing of batches of chemical materials by adding raw materials into a mixing pot. This role requires a moderate amount of overtime throughout the week and sometimes on Saturdays. We are hiring for first, second, and third shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adhere to quality and safety systems and standards
  • Handle hazardous raw materials and products with appropriate care and precaution
  • Monitor process conditions and equipment
  • Participate in creation and maintenance of a clean work area
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school education or GED equivalent is required.
  • Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or clean room is preferred.
  • Willing and able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
  • Willing and able to work in a restricted, electrically classified area for use of flammable and combustible materials.
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
