Job Description & How to Apply Below
A day in the life at NPAAYou arrive ready to keep product moving. You review your pick sheets, scan items to their next destination, and coordinate the flow of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods. You stage what needs to be staged, stock product according to the warehouse layout, and keep your area 6S-clean—racking tidy, tool boards in order, equipment ready.
When something looks off, you alert your supervisor right away. You contribute ideas in improvement huddles and keep your skills sharp in company-sponsored training. By the end of your shift, materials have moved exactly where they need to be, on time.
What you'll do Follow established SOPs to safely and efficiently move materials.
Load and unload trucks and internal transfers as directed.
Stage both raw materials and finished goods for the next operation or shipment.
Stock inventory precisely based on warehouse storage layout and design.
Maintain clean, organized work areas in line with 6S standards, including racking, tool boards, and warehouse equipment.
Use daily pick sheets/lists to identify, retrieve, and scan items to proper locations.
Scan raw materials and finished products to assigned locations when directed.
Immediately notify your direct supervisor of any discrepancies.
Participate in manufacturing and operational improvement discussions.
Attend all company-sponsored training programs as required.
What you'll bring
High school diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of warehouse experience or related experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
Compensation $15.81 to $23.41 hourly. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
