Plant Manager
The Plant Manager is accountable for overall manufacturing performance, operational excellence, and site strategy execution within a complex manufacturing environment. This role drives safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people outcomes by leading transformational improvements and scalable operations. The position plays a critical role in enabling growth, customer satisfaction, and long‑term value through disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and strong people leadership.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute site operating and manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead safety, health, environmental, quality, and process excellence initiatives to ensure compliant, reliable, and consistent operations.
- Deliver operational excellence by optimizing capacity, cost, productivity, delivery performance, and customer value.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and performance management frameworks supported by KPIs and daily management systems.
- Build a high-performing organization through talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and a strong performance-driven culture.
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience in a plant environment, or 15+ years of equivalent industrial leadership experience.
- Proven success leading manufacturing strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity improvements in demanding customer environments.
- Demonstrated full P&L accountability and strong financial and operational acumen.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, quality systems, and regulatory requirements including OSHA and EPA.
- Experience operating within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related technical discipline.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated application of structured continuous improvement methodologies.
- SAP ERP experience.
- Experience leading ISO 9000–certified manufacturing sites.
