CNC Swiss Machinist Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist to join our team on the day shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss-style lathes, specifically Citizen L series and A series machines. We are ready to move quickly for the right individual with a solid work history, strong skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss-style lathes (Citizen L and A series)
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
• Ensure parts meet quality specifications and tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
• Work independently and efficiently on off-shift schedules
• Monitor production and adjust setups as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with team leads or engineers on production improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of recent experience in CNC Swiss machining
• Proficient in setup and operation of Citizen L series and A series machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable work history with a proven track record of good attendance and performance
• Must be able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on additional CNC platforms or multi-axis machines
• Familiarity with inspection tools and quality documentation
