Work Model

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at the designated Regal Rexnord Cleveland office.

CNC Lathe Set Up, Production Operator (2nd shift)

Starting hourly pay: $26–$30 with shift differential included. Benefits commence on day one and include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, 401(k) with matching, PTO, parental leave, tuition assistance, and employee assistance program.

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machinery while adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations.
• Inspect printed product for flaws, defects, and deburr if necessary.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts, and shop orders to plan and verify work.
• Acquire appropriate tools from the tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and verify tool accuracy.
• Calculate tool depth and compensation adjustments.
• Move finished material to the next workstation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
• Read basic measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers; working knowledge of surface footage, feed rates, and calculation of feeds and speeds.
• Successfully complete a blueprint reading course.

Requires frequent use of hands, reaching, and standing. Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Close, distance, color, peripheral vision and focus required.

Cleveland, OH 44125 – in person. Relocation before start is preferred but not required.
