• Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment or prior supervisor experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills – building a team environment and holding direct reports accountable
• People oriented, with ability to coach employees
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies – Identifying waste, 5S, error proofing etc.

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and $90,000.00.
