Here is how YOU would help benefit the team:

I. Station or Machines:

MIG, TIG and spot welders

Shear and RollerO.D. GrinderII.

Job Duties /Responsibilities:

Layout, shear and roll screen material

Spotweld, MIG and TIG welding to approved procedures.

Repair of casting porosity.

O.D. grinding of screens.

Maintain screen inventory and control of filler metals.

Visual inspection of welds and dimensional inspection of screens.

Follow welder workmanship program.

Follow company rules, procedures and work instructions.

III.

Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Education or Certification)
Two (2) years experience in fabrication and welding.

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints

Should be certified to weld steel, bronze, stainless and aluminum.

Should also have good mechanical skills

High school graduateIV. Minimum Physical Qualifications

A. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

B. Must be able to operate hoist or crane

V.

Minimum Qualifications Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Must be able to bend and kneel or to squat or sit for difficult
