Cold Header Set Up / Operator

Pay Range: $29.00 - $33.00/HR Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits
Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Setup and operate Boltmakers and/or Cold Headers, reporting to the Header Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Cold Header operations, metal properties, and blueprint reading.
- Perform daily setups and operations of one or more machines.
- Read blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications.
- Locate, install, and adjust tooling; tear down setups upon job completion.
- Use gages and measuring instruments to ensure first-piece and ongoing production conformance; record results in inspection logs.
Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
