What a Day Looks Like

You arrive to a clean, safety‑first production floor where precision matters. You’ll dial in settings on plastics molding equipment, verify materials are staged, and run startup checks. As cycles begin, you’ll watch the data, listen for changes, and make on‑the‑fly adjustments that keep quality high and output steady. When a product comes off the line, you’ll compare it against specifications, fine‑tune parameters if needed, and keep production moving.

Between runs, you’ll handle basic preventive maintenance and prepare the next job so the team never misses a beat.
