Tetra Pak Closures France SAS, filiale du groupe basée à Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique, 44), is more particularly specialized in the fabrication and injection of plastic caps. An enterprise that moves, full of projects and which places safety, health and commitment to cleaner practices at the heart of its strategic dynamic 2030.

We are looking for a team leader (H/F) to complete our teams.

The team leader ensures the management and the good functioning of his team, notably by coordinating production, quality and maintenance. He manages the priorities of the whole workshop by ensuring the respect of the production schedule. He ensures the transmission of the upward, downward and cross-functional information related to production. He is responsible for the functioning of the site in the absence of the management.

The mastery of the French language is imperative.

You have already experience as a team leader, ideally in an industrial environment. The qualities required for this position are as follows:

• Team leadership
• Good communication (with the team via daily briefings and with other members of the service for feedback)
• Rigor and organization in the management of the team and the schedule
• Sense of priorities and reactivity according to the evolution of the production and the needs (clients as well as employees)

This position is open in CDI, with a 5
* 8 schedule: 2 mornings (5h-13h) 2 afternoons (13h-21h) 2 nights (21h-5h) 4 days off

The team is composed of a dozen line operators, 1 quality controller, 1 assembly technician and 2 maintenance technicians (not hierarchically attached to the team leader)

The proposed fixed remuneration is between 32k and 38k, according to the experience and the qualities of the candidate. The salary is paid on the 13th. A variable remuneration is composed of:

• A variable of 6%/year, based on individual objectives. The % may vary according to the completion of objectives.
• A production bonus
• A night bonus
• A Sunday bonus
• A daily and nightly meal allowance
• A kilo metric allowance (according to the distance between the site and the place of residence)
