Our client, a well-established manufacturer in the southwest Cleveland area, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for overseeing production, quality, safety, and daily operations across the manufacturing floor while supervising hourly production employees. The ideal candidate will use their manufacturing leadership experience to drive productivity, ensure compliance with quality standards, support continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a safe, team‑oriented work environment.

- Lead and supervise hourly production employees to achieve safety, quality, and production goals
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies
- Coordinate personnel and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and operating procedures
- Conduct production and quality audits and address issues through corrective actions
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve operational challenges
- Train, coach, and develop employees while fostering accountability and teamwork
- Track production metrics, complete shift documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Experience working in a union manufacturing environment and/or supervising union employees required
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety, and quality systems required
- Experience with production documentation and standard operating procedures required
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:00 AM
