A well-established manufacturer in the Southwest Cleveland area is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations. This hands-on leadership role oversees production, quality, safety, and daily floor activities while supervising hourly staff.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, experience with union teams, and a strong track record in safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
