Job Title: Receiving Coordinator

The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant receipt of all inbound materials. She ensures incoming shipments are verified against purchase orders, properly labeled and transacted in IFS and Tulip, routed through required quality inspections, and made available to production without delay. This role supports inventory accuracy, supplier compliance, and overall operational flow.

• Receive all inbound shipments and verify materials, quantities, and condition against purchase orders.
• Accurately record receipts in IFS on the same day materials are received.
• Generate and apply Team Wendy and Tulip labels as required.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and records.

• Route materials through required quality inspections, including QRI

• Verify Certificates of Conformance (CoC), Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and required documentation.
• Ensure materials are not released until all requirements are met.

• Communicate discrepancies with Purchasing and Production.
• Coordinate inbound freight and supplier communication.

• Follow documented work instructions and standard work.
• Support audits, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• ERP system experience (IFS preferred);
  Tulip experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with CMMS or ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Maximo, or similar).
• 3-5 years of experience in receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing.
