Apprentice CNC Operator; Woodworking & Cabinet Production Cleveland, OH

Closet Factory Cleveland is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our manufacturing and production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in woodworking, cabinet manufacturing, CNC operation, and production equipment who wants to build a long-term career in a skilled trade environment.

• Assist in operating nested-base CNC routers and woodworking machinery
• Work with edgebanders, sliding table saws, and other production equipment
• Support cabinet and component manufacturing workflows
• Read and follow production drawings and specifications
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout production
• Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Follow all shop safety procedures and operational standards

• $18 to $22/hour starting pay based on experience

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Woodworking, cabinet, manufacturing, or shop experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn CNC equipment and production systems
• Ability to read basic plans, drawings, or measurements
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
