Operator III - Molding; 2nd Shift

Role Overview

The Operator III will operate and monitor multiple molding machines while maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Initiate batch paperwork, perform production inspections every two hours, and document results while monitoring molding machines.
• Generate batch labels using the MMS system and initiate all labels used to pack parts.
• Record hourly production and input visual results for ISCAPS into the Infinity QS system.
• Load the conveyor with trays when operating the insert‑molded machine, sort trays for packing, and weigh‑count production.
• Pack parts, accurately label the production, and report abnormalities and corrective actions to shift leader or supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation per Good Manufacturing Practices on production and quality records, cleaning forms, batch folders, etc.
• Participate in required training, continuous improvement efforts, Lean exercises, and maintain good housekeeping and 6S responsibilities.
• Perform all other duties as directed by supervision or management.

• High school diploma (required).
• Basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures and regulations.
• Mechanical proficiency (required).
• Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures.
• Ability to complete documentation legibly.
• Trained forklift driver (preferred).
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Meet visual acuity requirements per Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity procedure CL‑01‑01‑037.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, stand for long periods, push or pull up to 75 pounds, lift up to 40 pounds, and lift above the shoulder up to 20 pounds.
• Authorized to work for an employer in the U.S.; no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is available.

Compensation for this position is $16.37 per hour plus shift differentials for off‑shift hours.
