The Fresh Mark facility in Massillon, Ohio, is currently accepting applications for Industrial Production Supervisors. The supervisor provides leadership and direction to hourly associates engaged in manufacturing and processing world‑class food products. The position is salaried, exempt, and includes weekend pay.

• Maintain and ensure the safety of all employees through training, enforcement of safety rules, and compliance with Fresh Mark, Inc. policies and procedures.
• Maintain a sound working relationship with bargaining unit employees.
• Drive departmental efficiencies and maximize productivity.
• Monitor and control inventory levels and yields.
• Ensure effective communications.
• Control labor costs, staffing, and overtime.
• Monitor machinery to maintain quality and minimize downtime.
• Monitor product quality and flow to meet customer demands and requirements.
• Promote and maintain teamwork among employees.
• Report one hour prior to shift for start‑up duties and be available after the shift to complete any necessary reports and/or paperwork.

• Combination of 2 years of education, training, and/or work experience related to food production, manufacturing processes, or a related field.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends.
• 2–4 years of experience in a food production facility for Production Supervisors; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Confirmed eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
