Production Laborer

Legacy Staffing has partnered with an established, growing metal coating manufacturer in West Cleveland, OH to hire Production Laborers. We are hiring for first and third shift opportunities with a pay range of $13-14/hour based on experience and shift worked. This role focuses on hands‑on production support, including racking and de‑racking metal parts, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

• Perform general labor tasks, including frequent lifting throughout the shift
• Rack and de‑rack metal parts on the production line
• Lift and move parts weighing 50-75 pounds constantly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a consistent basis
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding, industrial environment
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus

• First Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM ($13/hr)
• First Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM ($13/hr)
• First Shift 9 AM - 5 PM ($13/hr)
• Second Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM ($14/hr)
• Third Shift: 5 PM - 3 AM OR 7 PM - 5 AM ($15/hr) currently unavailable
