Position: Receiving Coordinator
Location: Cleveland, OH

The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant receipt of all inbound materials to Team Wendy. This role ensures incoming shipments are verified against purchase orders, properly labeled and transacted in IFS and Tulip, routed through required quality inspections, and made available to production without delay. The Receiving Coordinator plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, supplier compliance, and overall operational flow.
Receiving& Inventory Control
- Receive all inbound shipments and verify materials, quantities, and condition against purchase orders.
- Accurately record receipts in IFS on the same day materials are received.
- Generate and apply Team Wendy and Tulip labels as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and records.
- Route materials through required quality inspections, including QRI
5. - Verify Certificates of Conformance (CoC), Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and required documentation.
- Ensure materials are not released until all requirements are met.
- Communicate discrepancies with Purchasing and Production.
- Coordinate inbound freight and supplier communication.
- Follow documented work instructions and standard work.
- Support audits, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with CMMS or ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Maximo).
- 3-5 years experience in receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Cleveland, OH is $22.16 to $28.80 hourly. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
