TIG Welder; Weekend

Job Overview

The Welder will be responsible for performing skilled welding work in the fabrication and repair of metal hoses. This position requires cross‑training across company departments based on business needs and will work a weekend shift from 6:00AM to 6:30PM, Friday through Sunday.

• Perform TIG welding and related welding tasks.
• Ensure orders are completed by the due date.
• React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Basic welding experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Good basic math skills.

• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week; overtime may be required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Remain seated 80% of the day.
• Good vision, especially color vision due to color coding.
• Ability to climb, bend, squat, twist, and kneel.
• Use hand and power tools.
