• Placing the correct number of gingerbread cookies into packaging.
• Adding frosting containers and sprinkle packets to each kit.
• Inspecting packages to ensure every kit contains the correct items.
• Sealing completed packages.
• Packing finished products into shipping cartons.
• Stacking cartons onto pallets for shipment.
• Unloading shipping containers filled with baked goods and production materials.
• Keeping your work area clean while following all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

Accuracy is essential in this role. Every package must meet strict quality standards before it leaves the facility.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience helpful, but not required.
