Value Stream Manager - Manufacturing Production

Position Overview

Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems Aerospace division is currently seeking a Value Stream Manager - Manufacturing Production to be based at our Euclid, OH facility. The Value Stream Manager will oversee and lead all activities associated with manufacturing and production of deliverable products to meet customer expectations. Responsibilities include supervising and developing hourly and salaried resources within the High Performance Work Team (HPWT) and driving continuous improvement in production, quality, and safety through the Eaton Business System (EBS) and Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).

• Achieve a zero-incident culture by completing and submitting safety observations.
• Escalate safety concerns to the EHS Manager.
• Own ConC metrics and overall quality performance for the HPWT.
• Direct priorities for the HPWT to achieve delivery goals.
• Own the overall cost of the value stream.
• Set the tone for improvement, including idea generation and participation in site CI initiatives.
• Train and develop team members and provide oversight and coaching.
• Provide the vision and strategy.
• Lead by example as a positive role model.
• Actively engage and recognize employees.
• Empower employees, provide resources, and remove barriers for development.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum four years of experience in manufacturing or operations support.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• All applicants must be U.S. persons per ITAR; no immigration sponsorship will be provided.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Euclid, OH facility (military service members exempt).
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position.

• Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.
• Experience managing in a union environment.
• Experience in a machining environment.
• Prior experience with assembly manufacturing processes, line balancing, and time studies.
• Continuous improvement project experience.
• Knowledge of CNC machines, tools, raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost maximization techniques.
• Strong project management, problem‑solving, technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Persuasive communication skills.
