Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Overtime:
Some overtime available on Fridays (5–10 hours)

We are seeking a dependable CNC Mill or CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team on 2nd shift. This position is ideal for someone with experience operating CNC machining equipment who is looking to expand their skills. Setup experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. We're looking for someone with a solid work history, strong mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude who takes pride in producing quality parts.

• Set up and/or operate CNC mills or CNC lathes to produce quality machined parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Perform part inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure specifications are met
• Monitor machine performance and make offsets or adjustments as needed
• Load materials, change tooling, and maintain production throughout the shift
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all quality and safety procedures
• Work with team members and supervisors to improve productivity and efficiency

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience operating CNC mills or CNC lathes
• Setup experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Stable, reliable work history with good attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
