Overview
Position: CNC Operator using an overhead crane. Responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining the CNC machine to build customer orders while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Operate, monitor and maintain the CNC machine per SOP standards.
- Operate an overhead crane throughout your shift.
- Complete daily safety inspections of the crane before use.
- Organize, maintain and keep uncluttered your work area and general CNC area.
- Perform job duties safely as outlined in the SOPs.
- Set up, operate, monitor and maintain the CNC machine per SOP.
- Visually inspect CNC equipment and tooling for proper functionality.
- Load and edit machine programs.
- Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures for the machine.
- Use measuring equipment and verify each part before and after machining.
- Communicate and troubleshoot within your area and between other areas of the shop as needed.
- Perform other duties as defined by supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); 2+ years of machining experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD (preferred).
- High attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, direct communication, sense of urgency, multitasking ability, independent and teamwork orientation, self‑motivated.
- Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs., push/pull 100 lbs., stand up to 12 hours with intermittent breaks, work at varying heights and outdoors in all weather.
- Work at varying heights, including on rooftops.

- Wear PPE provided by Cambria.
- Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Walk up and down steps multiple times and bend over multiple times during shift.
- Steel‑toed boots, hearing protection, cut‑resistant gloves, safety glasses, high‑visibility vest, hard hat.
- Respirator—clean‑shaven face in the seal area.
Hourly rate $17.15 – $22.66, determined by role, level, and location.
