Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Production QC/QA, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We are currently seeking a full‑time Coffee‑Mate Utility to join our team in a manufacturing facility. This role works 8‑hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and stage materials for machine operation.
- Operate equipment within company‑established rates.
- Clean and sanitize equipment.
- Rotate shifts to cover for anticipated absences.
- Perform all job duties in accordance with the company’s safety and quality guidelines.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and system transactions.
- Properly use all personal protective gear per company guidelines.
- Ensure timely cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and prevent downtime.
- Dispose of trash and clean work area thoroughly.
- Remove any unused product, boxes and utensils to maintain a clear work area.
- Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.
- Participate in factory teams.
- Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably in the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs.
- Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office software.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and ability to interact with other team members.
- Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold).
- Ability to work safely and multi‑task in a fast‑paced, quickly changing environment.
- Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills.
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.00 to $24.44. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
