Material Handler - Palletzg Coffee Mate

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a full‑time Material Handler Palletizer to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works 8‑hour shifts, 5 days a week.

• Responsible for moving materials throughout the plant and staging shipping area.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and system transactions.
• Responsible for the setup, sanitation, and operation of equipment within company‑established rates.
• Responsible for daily equipment safety inspections and safe operation of a powered industrial truck.
• Palletize and stack products in multiple required configurations.
• Maintain quality control per company guidelines.
• Perform all job duties in accordance with the company’s safety guidelines.
• Dispose of trash and clean work area thoroughly.
• Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.
• Participate in factory teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior certification for driving forklift, electric pallet jack, and hand jack.
• Must be a team player, willing to help in all areas.
• Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office software.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.
• Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold).
• Ability to work safely and multi‑task in a fast‑paced, quickly changing environment.
• Ability to move/lift 75 lbs occasionally, basic math, and reading skills.
• Three months’ Nestlé factory experience is preferred.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.00 to $19.53. Please note that the pay range provided is a good‑faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
