General Assembly Associate

We are seeking a dedicated General Assembly Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a repetitive manufacturing environment and possess some mechanical aptitude. This position requires the ability to stand for the entire shift and a willingness to perform various tasks across different functions.

• Perform general labor tasks, including assembly, loading, and unloading of materials.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
• Operate machinery and tools as required, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Be flexible and willing to cross-train in different areas of the manufacturing process.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; candidates with outdoor or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with working around industrial equipment and heaters.

• Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the entire shift.
