What you’ll doOwn the setup: feeder, glue system, plow/fold plates, compression sections, pack station, and inspection systems

Run and adjust the machine to maintain folding sequence, glue application, board caliper, and score alignment

Operate automated and computer-controlled inspection for consistent quality

Monitor product quality through the run and correct issues immediately

Handle routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs

Read job tickets, verify schedules, track inventory counts

Keep the area clean, safe, and organized; support continuous improvement

Is this you?

Previous Folding Gluer Operator experience in printing/packaging/folding cartons (preferred)
Comfortable on Bobst or similar folding-gluer platforms (highly preferred)
Mechanically inclined and quick to troubleshoot

Understands glue systems, folding sequences, scoring, and carton construction

Reads tickets/layouts; uses calipers, rulers, and gauges with confidence

Math skills for precise measurements and conversions

Detail-obsessed, safety-minded, and a strong communicator

Works well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

High school diploma or equivalent
