Swiss Operator 2nd shift

Position Overview

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is hiring Swiss Machinists for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions. This is a fully onsite role performed at the designated Regal Rexnord office.

Pay Range: $22 – $35 per hour + $1,500 hiring bonus. Shift premium: $2 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shift. Benefits begin day one and include 401(k) with match, dental, vision, health and prescription drug coverage, paid time off, and more.

• Configure and operate CNC Swiss machines to meet exacting tolerances and finish requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and operation drawings, applying geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Use Mitsubishi controls to execute programs and processes, and read/edit G‑code/M‑code.
• Employ precision gauges and instruments for in‑process and final inspection.
• Support production setups, tooling changes, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document work, follow instructions, and partner across the team; perform other duties as assigned.

• 3–5 years setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes (required) and/or Citizen machines.
• Proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Mitsubishi controls.
• High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint‑reading skills.
• Effective communicator who follows written and verbal directions and is a team contributor.
• ITAR Registered and able to meet applicable compliance requirements.

Occasional lifting or moving of up to 35 pounds and standing 100% of the day. Near‑field vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required.
