CNC Milling Operator

Work Model:
This is a fully onsite role, performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. This position is currently hiring for 1st & 2nd shift operations with a starting pay range of $24.00-$30.00/hour and a $2/hour shift premium for 2nd shift.

• Set up and operate vertical milling machinery while adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations.
• Inspect product prints for flaws, defects, and deburr as necessary.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, process sheets, program readouts, and shop orders to plan and check work.
• Obtain proper tools from the tool crib, select holders, mount, secure, and check tools for accuracy.
• Calculate tool depth and compensation adjustments.
• Move completed material to the next workstation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• 6 months–1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
• Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
• Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experience calculating feeds and speeds.
• Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.

The role requires use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Frequently standing, walking, and sitting; occasionally climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. May lift/move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
