Arrowhead is helping a great manufacturing company in Cleveland fill a Manufacturing Engineering Technician role.

This role would support the Manufacturing Department through equipment implementation, repair, preventive maintenance, process improvements, and documentation to ensure efficient, compliant production operations.

Pay range $24/hr - $33/hr + OT

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, FDA, and OSHA requirements.
  • Create and update technical documents including SOPs, Engineering Change Requests, and Preventive Maintenance records.
  • Support projects that improve cost, quality, lead-time, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Perform and document preventive maintenance, repairs, equipment staging, setups, changeovers, and breakdowns.
  • Assist with gauge calibration programs, spare parts inventory, and consumable stock.
  • Identify and correct equipment issues proactively to prevent downtime.
  • Support R&D and Engineering with manufacturing tasks and process validation.
  • Participate in large-scale projects involving installation of new equipment and systems.
  • Assist with investigations of process or component issues and represent Manufacturing during audits.
Education

High school diploma required;
Associate or Bachelor’s in mechanical, manufacturing, or electrical systems preferred.

Experience / Skills
  • Strong knowledge of equipment repair, maintenance, and automated systems (filling, conveyors, packaging/labeling).
  • Experience in medical device, pharma, or related manufacturing preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMMS knowledge a plus.
  • Understanding of cGMP and ISO requirements.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Indoor manufacturing setting with extended workdays as needed. Involves interaction across production, quality, and engineering teams.
