Production Supervisor

DCI is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our IBC facility in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a shop environment, as well as experience as a supervisor.

Performs supervisory work involving the planning, organizing and directing of skilled labor. Responsible for monitoring a given area of the shop and maintaining safety, quality and efficiency at acceptable levels.

• Supervise employees and coordinate administrative paperwork as required.
• Oversee safety, quality and performance.
• Assist in evaluating employees.
• Monitors progress of all work, answers questions and makes sure all material is ordered from the stockroom.
• Pre-plans all shop work to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintains good communication by meeting regularly with other supervisors and the Plant Manager.
• Monitors maintenance of all equipment and tools, monitors any problems.
• Receiving to give information to resolve problems dealing with production.
• Tries and evaluates performance of new vendor products.

LOCATION: CLEVELAND, OHIO

Salary: $65K to $75K - depending on experience
