Responsibilities Perform welding tasks on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Set up welding machines and equipment for optimal performance.

Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.

Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Welding certification is a plus.
