Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Blender Operator to join their team. As a Blender Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the creation of high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Blender Operator
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay Range: $18-$23
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Mix raw materials to produce finished products according to batch tickets and specifications.
- Set up and operate mixing tanks, scales, meters, and pumps safely and efficiently.
- Obtain and understand all documentation related to batch creation, ensuring accuracy in ingredient use.
- Manage inventory by returning unused materials to stock and verifying quantities and weights.
- Complete all batch documentation accurately and timely, maintaining detailed records and reports.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in chemical blending, mixing, or similar roles preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including safety rules and operating procedures.
- Mathematical skills to perform weight and volume measurements accurately.
- Ability to safely manipulate 55-gallon drums of chemicals and powder bags up to 60 lbs.
