Blender Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Blender Operator to join their team. As a Blender Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the creation of high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18-$23

** Shift:
** 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Mix raw materials to produce finished products according to batch tickets and specifications.

+ Set up and operate mixing tanks, scales, meters, and pumps safely and efficiently.

+ Obtain and understand all documentation related to batch creation, ensuring accuracy in ingredient use.

+ Manage inventory by returning unused materials to stock and verifying quantities and weights.

+ Complete all batch documentation accurately and timely, maintaining detailed records and reports.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Previous experience in chemical blending, mixing, or similar roles preferred.

+ Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including safety rules and operating procedures.

+ Mathematical skills to perform weight and volume measurements accurately.

+ Ability to safely manipulate 55-gallon drums of chemicals and powder bags up to 60 lbs.
