Blender Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in chemical blending and production, is seeking a dedicated Blender Operator to join their team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Cleveland

Pay Range: $19 - $23/hour

• Mix raw materials to create finished products according to batch tickets and specifications.
• Set up and operate mixing tanks, pumps, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accurate measurement and documentation of ingredients and batch details.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout the production process.
• Assist with unloading shipments and managing inventory to ensure smooth operations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in chemical blending, mixing, or a similar role preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including safety protocols and operating procedures.
• Mathematical skills for measurements and calculations involving weight and volume.
• Ability to safely manipulate large drums and powder bags with forklift.
