Position Summary

As a Production Operator, you will support manufacturing operations within the PSA, Die Cutting, Silicone, and Epoxy production areas. This role involves operating equipment, assembling products to specification, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications while meeting quality and production goals.
  • Perform quality inspections and verify products meet established standards.
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Complete required documentation and data entry within company systems, including QAD.
  • Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions.
  • Support production goals and daily performance targets.
  • Rotate through various departmental functions as assigned.
  • Follow all quality, safety, and operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications

Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and overtime as required.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, engineering drawings, and company procedures.
  • Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction of 2- and 3-digit numbers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred:
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience.
Physical Requirements

Successful candidates must be able to perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Work with adhesives, solvents, glues, and other manufacturing chemicals.
  • Possess good or corrected vision to ensure product quality and accuracy.
  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
