Production Supervisor
DCI, is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our IBC facility in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a shop environment, as well as being a supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Performs supervisory work involving the planning, organizing and directing of skilled labor. Responsible for monitoring a given area of the shop and maintaining safety, quality and efficiency at acceptable levels.
Job Duties:
* Supervise employees and coordinate administrative paperwork as required
* Oversee safety, quality and performance
* Assist in evaluating employees
* Monitors progress of all work, answers questions and make sure all material is ordered from the stockroom
* Pre-plans all shop work to maintain an efficient workflow
* Maintains good communication by meeting regularly with other supervisors and the Plant Manager
* Monitors maintenance of all equipment and tools, monitors any problems.
* Receiving to give information to resolve problems dealing with production.
* Tries and evaluates performance of new vendor products
LOCATION:
CLEVELAND, OHIO
Salary: $65K to $75K - depending on experiance
