Industrial Sewing Associate

Cleveland, OH (Near Hopkins Airport Area) Pay: $16.00/hr (1st Shift) | $17.00/hr (2nd Shift)

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire A well-established nationwide manufacturer of safety apparel is expanding and looking for dependable team members to join their production team. Training is provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Available Shifts 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM $16.00/hour 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (4-day work week!) $17.00/hour
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble safety apparel
- Work with various fabrics and materials used in protective garments
- Follow production instructions and quality standards
- Inspect finished pieces for accuracy and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Experience That Transfers Well (But Not Required)
- Sewing or tailoring

- Any role requiring precision, patience, and consistency
Growth & Earnings Potential Once hired on permanently, employees can earn an additional $0.50 – $2.00 per hour based on skill development and production performance. Experienced team members who advance to Master Sewer level can earn up to $20.00/hour. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable, growing company that values its employees and promotes from within.
