Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wide Format Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating wide format printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. You will work with advanced printing technologies supporting projects such as signage, print advertising, and custom large-format materials.

• Operate and maintain wide format printing equipment, including EFI machinery
• Prepare and process digital print files, ensuring proper layout, scaling, and color accuracy
• Perform prepress tasks such as file setup, proofing, and color calibration
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency, sharpness, and overall print quality
• Troubleshoot equipment and material issues to minimize downtime
• Assist with material handling, including loading large-format media and operating forklifts if needed
• Work with internal teams to ensure files meet production specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment

Experience operating wide format printing equipment or similar production machinery required

Experience with color correction tools and print production software required

Knowledge of prepress processes and color management techniques

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for file preparation (not design-focused)

Experience with quality control in a manufacturing or production setting

Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
