Qnity is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 3rd shift (9:30pm to 5:30am) in Cleveland, OH. The role leads a team of 5–10 non-exempt employees, drives safety and quality, and supports Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to meet production goals.
You will coach staff, manage shift activities, and partner with leadership to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement. A strong background in manufacturing leadership and safety is required.
