CNC Grinder Operator

Work Model:
This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. We have one opening for CNC Grinder Operator for our 2nd shift with a starting pay range of $24.00‑$30.00 per hour.

• Set up centerless grinder machinery.
• Operate centerless grinder machinery upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect product to print, looking for any flaws and defect of material, including deburring if necessary.
• Move completed material to next workstation.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.

• Education:
  
  One‑year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Experience:
  
  6 months – 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
• Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
• Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates and experienced in calculating feeds and speeds.
• Must successfully complete a blueprint reading course.

The physical demands described include: using hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; talking or hearing; standing, walking, and sitting frequently; occasionally climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
