The Role at a Glance Full-time schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm Seasonal overtime:
Saturdays 7:00 am–12:00 pm at time-and-a-half Operate and set up production equipment; complete changeovers efficiently

Follow GMP and FSQA protocols; perform and record quality checks

Weigh, measure, and batch ingredients with accuracy; apply shop math Package and stage finished goods; uphold sanitation standards

What You’ll Need to Succeed Rock-solid reliability—being on time, every shift, matters

Clear communication and a collaborative approach

Comfort with physical work: lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive motion

Ability to read, follow, and execute detailed procedures and instructions

Commitment to food safety and cleanliness with monthly on-the-job training

Food production experience is a plus; we’re ready to train to our standards
