Kelly is hiring for a Continuous Improvement Manager for a 12-month contract role at Cleveland OH 44102 with our prestigious client.

Monday – Friday - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay rate: $62.50/hr

Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis, value stream mapping, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Coach and mentor employees on Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure achievement of improvement targets.
  • Standardize processes and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagram, Pareto Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Collaborate with department managers to prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Support change management activities and encourage employee engagement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on project progress, savings, and business impact.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operations, Manufacturing, or Process Excellence.
  • Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
