Production Associate – Level 1 – Cleveland, OH 44135 (WEST SIDE)

$15/hr | Temp-to-Hire

Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm

About the Job

Entry-level position assisting in production and assembly of various product lines. Candidates will be cross-trained in multiple areas and evaluated for advancement opportunities to Level 2 or Level 3 after hire-on.

Requirements

Must have steel-toe boots or shoes (all other PPE provided)
Must pass drug test and background check
NO FELONIES; misdemeanors reviewed
High school diploma or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Learn and perform multiple production and assembly tasks
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Meet daily production goals
Assist with material flow to workstations
Support continuous improvement efforts
Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physically capable of occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and performing active, hands-on work
