Production Line Associate

Pay rate:
Up to $20 based on experience!

As a production line worker, you'll be responsible for rotating between active production lines and support work such as shutdowns, cleaning, and changeovers when lines are down. The job is repetitive and physically demanding but offers stability and room for growth.

• Fill, weigh, and stack 50 lb bags of product
• Work on rotating production lines
• Assist with shutdowns and equipment cleaning during downtime
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE (bunny suits provided)

• Exposure to powder and calc; ventilation and PPE are provided
• You must change clothes and shower on-site at the end of every shift (paid time) to avoid irritation
• Bring a change of clothes on day 1 and every day after

• Steel-toe boots are mandatory – no exceptions (will verify before day
  1)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for full shifts
• Must attend a 1-hour orientation before starting – your recruiter will provide details

• Eager, dependable, and physically capable
• Able to communicate clearly and follow instructions
• Fully aware of and accepting of the work environment and expectations
