Mixing Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in adhesive products, is seeking a dedicated Mixing Operator to join their team. As a Mixing Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mixing Operator

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay Range: $27-$28 per hour

Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

• Operate process equipment to produce adhesive products with minimal supervision.
• Follow batch ticket instructions to ensure lab-approved product quality.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to identify potential problems.
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental standards and practices.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling hazardous chemicals, forklift operation, and computer skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 90% of the shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
