Dorn Color is seeking a Color Matcher to join our plant on Berea Road in Cleveland. You will learn color matching across gloss, satin, flat, metallic, and special finishes, operate spectrophotometers and color software, and follow strict color specifications per customer tickets.
You will work in a climate-controlled Color Lab environment on 2nd or 3rd shift with shift differentials, ensuring safe handling of chemicals and precise batching of lacquer. Prior production experience is preferred.
