Document Specialist

Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Job Location:

Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking) Job Duration: 12 Months Shift - Mon-Fri/ 7AM-3PM ( Overtime: Possible depending on workload) Interview Type:
In-person group interviews (Wednesday/Thursday mornings at 9 AM)

• Separate and open mail
• Prep documents for scanning (including glass copies)
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Lift items weighing 10–50 lbs
• Alternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting
• Follow strict cell phone policy: phones must be silent and kept in lockers, never on the floor

• Production facility with moderate to high noise levels

• Ability to read and understand instructions in English
• Basic computer knowledge (for training and scanning tasks)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC and typing skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output standards
• Willingness to work multiple shifts (nights, weekends, overtime, holidays) depending on workload
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day
• Physical ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs (floor to waist height, carry 10 feet, lower back to floor)
• Experience in printing/scanning industry is a plus
