Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in adhesive products, is seeking a dedicated Mixing Operator to join their team. As a Mixing Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mixing Operator
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay Range: $27-$28 per hour
Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available
What's the Job?
Operate process equipment to produce adhesive products with minimal supervision.
Follow batch ticket instructions to ensure lab-approved product quality.
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to identify potential problems.
Adhere to safety, health, and environmental standards and practices.
Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience handling hazardous chemicals, forklift operation, and computer skills preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 90% of the shift.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
